By making a purchase on Aetheris, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

No Refunds for Digital Goods

Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and services, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable once the service has been activated or the digital content has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds for:

• • "Change of mind" purchases
• • Accidental purchases where the service has already been used
• • Failure to use the service during the subscription period
• • Bans or suspensions resulting from violations of our Terms of Service
• • Incompatibility issues that were clearly stated in the requirements

Exceptions

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:

• • Service Unavailability: If our service is verified to be non-functional for an extended period (more than 72 hours) due to issues on our end.
• • Billing Errors: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error.
• • Non-Delivery: If you successfully paid for a product but did not receive access or the product itself.

Chargebacks and Disputes

We take chargeback fraud seriously. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue:

• • Your Aetheris account will be permanently banned.
• • You will be blacklisted from all future services and purchases.
• • We will submit evidence of your purchase and usage to the payment processor to contest the dispute.
